AUDIO GA4-2

My name is Luz Maryury Acosta Ferro with identification number 1.109.387.142, apprentice of the agro-business management technologist of the Sena with file number 2977271, instructor July Guerrero Espinosa and audio activity GA4-240202501-AA2-EV02

Studying the Technologist in Agribusiness Management at SENA is an exciting experience that prepares me for future challenges in the agricultural sector. This program not only provides me with essential knowledge about agribusiness practices but also emphasizes the importance of leadership and professional responsibility.

As I learn about various management strategies, I realize that flexibility and adaptability are crucial skills. For example, if I adopt new technologies and sustainable practices (first conditional), I can improve productivity and contribute to environmental conservation. If I don't stay up-to-date with industry trends (zero conditional), my ability to lead effectively could be compromised. Furthermore, if I assume leadership roles in the future (second conditional), my education will guide my decisions toward a responsible and ethical approach to agribusiness.

Overall, my studies at SENA instill in me a sense of self-direction; Being proactive in seeking knowledge and applying it to real-world situations will be vital to my success in the agribusiness field.

CRIME AND PUNISHMENT

Crime and punishment in Colombia is a complex issue that reflects deep social inequalities, historical violence, and challenges within the judicial system. In a country where criminality is often linked to factors such as poverty, lack of opportunities, and corruption, it is crucial to understand that crime does not arise in a vacuum. Marginalization and social exclusion play a fundamental role in perpetuating these acts. Punishment in Colombia has traditionally been punitive, focusing on imprisonment. However, this approach has proven insufficient to address the roots of the problem. Social reintegration and alternatives to punishment are essential to break the cycle of violence. It is necessary to implement policies that not only punish but also provide educational and employment opportunities for those who have committed crimes, allowing them to reintegrate into society constructively. In conclusion, a reflection on crime and punishment in Colombia must consider not only retri...
